I have a 1973 D penny,and if look at the 7 seems be stroke twice. someone help me with this?

@DC, first welcome to CCF. Second, I see what you are talking about where the horizontal stroke of the numebr 7 seems to have a region that is lower than the rest of the number. This is damage from a hit which for whatever reason only affected that one area of the number 7.
