I think these are just called acid coins... but the face is weird - Coins can have lamination or peel errors on the face. Maybe you could try compare to pictures of those coins? I also think it's super odd the claws are perfectly in half on that hand with no other distortion around them... BTW I'm new to this too - I've joined to ask about a probable roadkill & Report this Post to the Staff

It may have a missing right claw but the coin is too far gone to be of any use. Spend it. Report this Post to the Staff
