I have never seen the appeal of freaks & mutants in numismatics, but to each their own.

It's not the first time it happened. I remember I tried to get my hands on 20 cents struck on Hong Kong 2 dollars planchet - that was somewhat cheap back then. Still kicking myself over it when I'm too diversified...
