2002 Penny, Perfectly Round Divot

Hello, this penny has a divot in the Lincoln memorial and a protrusion of the same size on the "E Pluribus Unum". The rim is also worn down to what I suspect is this just the zinc showing.

I suspect neither was mint damage but not sure, what do you think? Thanks!

Yes that is the underlying zinc core showing. Both the worn rims and those "divots" are just damage unfortunately.
