I got an inheritance of a crown royal bag of coins that were my grand mother's. She died in the late 60's.I have not a clue as how to go about identifying and evaluation of these items. Is there someone here in Utah who can and will help me.

You can try and find a local "Reputable" coin shop to look at them. I would definitely recommend that you attempt to go through them on your own if that is something you care to do? You might have fun while doing as well.

In focus, large, cropped, correctly orientated. Weight is also helpful.

to CCF. If you go to a coin shop, do not sell anything right away. Post here what they tell you. Also, post a few photos of the overall stuff in the bag.

To CCF , So you have a bag of coins . We can help you determine what kind and if any value to them if you can post some photos of some of the nicer ones . Whatever you do , do not clean any of them ,you will ruin them . Until you find out what you have try to sort them out and not keep them in that bag or they will continue to get banged around .Condition of a coin is very important .

I am assuming by the time period that your Grandmother would have lived you at least have a bag full of silver. Depending on how long she collected and what kind of thing caught her eye there could be some very interesting stuff. Like others have said good pictures and weight will get you the best info.
