I don't think it's the overdate variety, which is pretty distinctive.

Its not cleaned its just the flash or nobody have touched the face of the coin for many many years.

I'd say VF-35, value perhaps $250 or so?

The 26/5 is N-8, your coin is N-4 a common R-2- variety
