That's not a DDR, sorry. That's Machine Doubling, which is very common on Proof coins, since they're struck twice.

Very difficult to see due to the lighting/glare, but I don't see the extra thickness a DDR should have.

On the DDR on the EPU, if it were a doubled die, the devices because they are incuse on that area, would be showing smaller devices there if were a doubled die:
