Very difficult to tell, but I think this is the real deal. Can't really take pictures super close like some of you, but I think I'm seeing doubling on motto (extra fat letters) G and D in GOD have splits on bottom as well as T in TRUST

What do y'all think?

I see no doubled die. On the tops of the motto, that is die wear. Die wear flows to the closest rim. So will it is enlarged, it is not a doubled die. Here are a few showing the same thing, but even worse:

Note how the devices are at the rim. All caused by a VLDS (Very-Late-Die-State) die. When a coin is showing doubling, the doubling in on the device, not flowing towards rim:

Note there are two coins. The top image is a normal coin, the lower coin is the doubled die. Note the dots on this coin. That is the first place to look for a doubled die on a wheat reverse/ Then note the 'E', 'P' 'L' on the EPU. See how much the devices are enlarge, not towards the rim, but in lines with the devices. I was looking for some examples of DDO's on my images, but I don't have a good example for 1961, but I have a couple images that will work for 1962:

Note the spread on 'TRUST'? The spread is on the center of the devices in the middle on this one. Note the spread is from top to bottom on the devices, but on this example because it is a proof coin, there is no die wear above the devices flowing towards the rim. But even a doubled die can have die wear as that die also wear out until it retires. But you coin is not a doubled die, it is just a normal die with die wear making what you are seeing on the tops of the devices. Hope this helps. If not ask another question. Were all here to help our coin family to learn more as time goes on. This thread not only benefits you, but also all those who read it can benefit.

I just can't take good enough pictures on my phone. I think it's fs 001. I'm gonna try to retake pictures and see if it'll be better. I swear I can see traces of doubling, but it's dofficult to see

I see no DDO. You can buy a clip on magnifier for your phone for not much money. If it was a DDO,it is worth keeping in that condition until you fine a better one.
