What uuuppppp GANG!!

Found today this Spitting Eagle. Did some research and I found that these are on 1983 P Quarters. Then I hear that they are on other dates and mint marks also.

Please tell me what you think and know about this scenario and this coin. It's not in the best of shape.

Where are you seeing the Die Clash and are you agreeing about the Spitting Eagle?

IMO...just a scratch in the location of the "spitting" eagle clash, but at the wrong angle...If you wont, you can go to MadDieClashes.com and view their overlays of all coinage.

when there...click on Denominational overlays...good luck...have fun

The spitting eagle is a die clash variety. Your coin looks like a scratch or a die crack and does not align with a spitting eagle die clash.

I would agree that it is a drooling eagle die break.
