Seeing a wider shot would help more. It looks like MD towards the building. I looks like that also on the building? So a Wider shot would show if the devices below the building is also show MD. I see MD on the top of the mint mark. A die event could be affecting the die condition, is when this coin was struck There is a lot of die wear showing on that same direction towards the rim. The die is in the VLDS when the coin was struck. So wider view image might show us what is really going on.
