Front of coin is not brilliant as reverse or other bicentennial quarters. Color appear to be olive green with spots like camouflage. Thanks for your assistance.

to The CCF! Your quarter may have laid face down in some type of liquid or chemical for a period of time discoloring it.

@crystal5, first welcome to CCF. Second, yes it looks like there is some surface staining on this side of your coin. It didn't leave the mint looking that way.
