I found this hunting today I matched it with 1960p-1do-004p on copper coins. Would this be cameo or even a proof. I'd appreciate the feed back.

But your coin is not a proof coin. Also the 004 is a large date over small date tripled die, your coin is a large date normal business strike coin coin.

The proof coins had mirrored rims and a stronger strike because they are struck twice enhancing the devices.

Your coin is not a proof let alone a Cameo proof . AU red with a big gash to the head .

Yeah it was shining I dulled it out with the lights to see it I see the difference now though the first ones I took were just a giant glare
