I have this 1988 Lincoln Cent that has been obviously passed around a lot from the looks if it. However it looks like the ear is doubled but I'm still learning and coukd yse sone help to verifying that is what I'm seeing.

First I would like to thank you for your feedback, I do appreciate yourinput.
I am newer tocollecting so I hope this is okay when I ask if you would mind me putting 2 different pics up for this same subject matter.
I used my editing tools to try and point out what I'm seeing at a different angle bc I didn't know if perhaps my original photo may not have captured it correctly or not. Is that okay to do so?I'll wait for a reply before posting. Thank you again for any and all feedback.

It took me a few tries before I realized what I was doing wrong when trying to post my additional photos. I believe I've now figured that part out, hopefully. I've posted 2 different collages showing 2 different possible views that look like a dble ear lobe for me. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank all of you for your input.

oh yeah, my 2nd photo showing one side no markings on left and my editing marks on the right. This image is the one I feel shows the doubling of the ear lobe.
Thanks again for your help.

But that location is incorrect. Note the extra ear is below the other lobe. Not ahead of the lobe location. Not a doubled earlobe.

you are correct the first image depicts the lobe below the original ear lobe.
However, as I mentioned I'm newer to coun collecting and Inoti ed that as well and mentioned that my 2nd image with my editing marks to the right of the image with no marks is the one I felt looked like it is doubled. I had difficulty with posting the images because I'm new to this so please bare with me and Ill see if I can enlarge the 2nd image which is my last one I posted. Just a minute and I'll do that now..
Thank you again for your input.

No need to post more pictures. The ear isn't doubled as mentioned earlier.
