F03555022 star ...is this worth anything aside from 2$ do you know? ...i collect coins..but am new to this whole paper currency thing :-) Thank You!

...star notes seem pretty rare.

oh yah it is series 1995 ..and it says washington d.c.

ABP....(average buying price) in the Blackbook for "average condition" would probably be a lot less than $12.00.....

What kind of condition is this note in ?
