MartinD86 Valued Member United States 164 Posts	Posted 07/01/2019 6:45 pm I looks to be slightly very slightly raised to the point of not being able to tell for sure..above liberty is raise..or split kinda..nothing peeling off I did clean it with water and wiped it down carefully..it feel to me like it might b tape toned..tape on there so long it blistered or split above liberty..looks like maybe zinc showing Report this Post to the Staff
