I found this while searching today it has raised bumps all over and the mint mark is also not quite right I cant get it in a picture but under higher mag there seems to be a die crack in the d any ideas gentlemen

Looks like Plating Bubbles/zinc rot. Not a good thing for the coin unfortunately. Spendable.

Yes sorry @jinsofar, but the copper plating has split around the mintmark and the underlying zinc core has started to deteriorate. I agree that this is a spender.
