I would guess about ms 61 or 62...a lot of bag marks on the field.

Yes it was.

These are the seller's pictures and most of those scratches are on the cello 2x2. They listed it as AU, but I could see frost all over. In hand it's UNC.

the eagle breast area appears to have rub as well as the high points of the left side of the cape however it would be nice to see photos out of the folder to remove any reflection or distortion. if all of the scratches are on the holder and no breaks in the luster when rotated in those areas I'm at MS64. if its broken then AU58. still a nice piece either way

I'll go along with MS-63, but it certainly does depend on where the scratches are.
