The mintmark looks like repunched mark. The 9 in the date appears to be DD and on reverse in America, it looks like something between the C and A.

RPM's stopped in 1990. Date looks like DDD and A might be a die crack,pic is way out of focus. Use the glossary for info on Cud.

Thank you all, I'm still trying to learn how to focus on certain parts of coins but it would be too large to upload or it gets blurry when I zoom in too much to focus on a certain area..
