Recap Minted in San Fran Minted 1943-1947 No precious Metal. So not a dime,quarter,half No beard. not a cent no Thomas Jefferson. not a nickel I think that takes all US coins out  Not a Philippine 1945s Five Centavos

My guess is, a 1945 5 Centavos from the Islands Liberated by MacArthur in 1944.
