Edit: Is the coin from the Islands to which General MacArthur waded ashore on Oct 20, 1944?

Recap
Minted in San Fran
Minted 1943-1947
No precious Metal. So not a dime, quarter, half
No beard. not a cent
no Thomas Jefferson. not a nickel

I think that takes all US coins out

Not a Philippine 1945s Five Centavos
