My guess is, a 1945 5 Centavos from the Islands Liberated by MacArthur in 1944.

Not to knock on ya but the Philippines was not liberated until 1945 after the battle of Manilla, where the city was leveled and 100000 Philippine citizens were genocides.

Poor choice of words on my account. Much suffering was involved and I don't want to glorify that.

OK. I have a coin for round 27.

It could be as much a royal pain in the neck as the last one.

So there I was, out of town helping my wife and her recently widowed mother take care of some important matters pertaining to their recently deceased father/husband and I come back to this sort of posting, validating the conspiracy theory I have about this thread (Against me of course).

That's okay, a true champion rises above all the pettiness and I shall prevail!

@joecoin, I'll lead the show of support for what your family is going through. Very tough times during demise of parents and in-laws. I hope your wife and her mom are coping OK through this.

But, as for conspiracies. Nah... we're all just making sure we spread the glory a bit here (oh .. that means less glory for you ).

Yes, the coin was minted after 1900 A.D.
