1. This coin was minted prior to 1908.
2. This coin was not minted in the vertical strip of land 12 degrees of wide located between the prime meridian and 12 degrees west but was minted east of 12°w.
3. This coin was minted after 1600.
Hint #1: Just in case anyone cares, an example of this coin is in numista already.
4. This coin was minted after 1763.
5.
6. The country that this coin was minted in touches the Tropic of Cancer.
7. This coin is not from Mexico nor the USA.
8. This coin is not primarily silver

1. This coin was minted prior to 1908.

This is true, but I would like to point out I never asked if the coin came from between 15w and 168e. Kieth did when he asked if it was east of 12 w.

That would make it Chinese I believe, as neither Taiwan or Bangladesh existed during this time period. Though maybe India has some coins that use the Buddhist calendar.

Hmm so apparently Persia, has it's own calendar which may or may not be on some of the Madras coins, pagodas dont seems to have dates, and Hindu coins might also have their own date though, if time is a wheel, there doesn't seem to be much reason to count the years.
