2. This coin was not minted in the vertical strip of land 12 degrees of wide located between the prime meridian and 12 degrees west but was minted east of 12°w.

That would make it Chinese I believe, as neither Taiwan or Bangladesh existed during this time period. Though maybe India has some coins that use the Buddhist calendar. |

Hmm so apparently Persia, has it's own calendar which may or may not be on some of the Madras coins, pagodas dont seems to have dates, and Hindu coins might also have their own date though, if time is a wheel, there doesn't seem to be much reason to count the years.
