By definition a hemisphere is 180° of a sphere, Kieth wanted to measure from 12w that means everything from 12w to 168e in an eastward directionfrom 12w up to 168°e is east of 12 w. Now can you explain to me why Spence thinks he gets to count it as two questions?

I was just trying to explain that east doesn't stop at the PM. You might win this round regardless though India is tough but at least it's not China.

well, we could narrow it down by asking if the princely state was worthy of a gun salute? Although I'd guess that if they struck their own coins they would be worthy of a gun salute.
