Found this 1985 Quarter amongst loose change. At first I thought it had just spent too long in a car park but on closer inspection noticed the "Y" on LIBERTY must have occurred during the making process.

to CCF. Agreed,road rash coin. A coin that was dropped in a parking lot and ran over many times. Not an error.

Note the rim above the T is still present but has been pushed in which means it is damage that happened AFTER striking. That makes it Post Strike Damage.
