Keep in mind the 1968-1972 cents had a lot of Machine Doubling on them. What does it look like?

Note how the
Machine Doubling reduces the normal size devices.
They are not doubled dies as MD is an alteration of the coin after the strike by the machine. A doubled die has the doubling on the die and can also be affected by Machine Doubling even though they are doubled dies:
Note the yellow arrows that point to the MD and the spread areas are the doubled die for that year. The big
DDO. (Even though there are probably less than 100 of these big
DDO's this year, most of them have
Machine Doubling them.

On Liberty the MD looks like the above devices. No premium for these machine doubled examples, but on the doubled dies, the grading companies do think it is an issue for them. But true collectors don't want MD on their doubled dies.
