Do you think these Mercury dimes would be considered to have Full Bands? Neither coin was graded with that designation, one by PCGS and one by NGC. The 1935 was graded PCGS MS65 and the 1945-S was graded MS66. The spread isn't much for either coin, so it isn't worth it to get them regraded, however, for my own personal sake, I would like to know. Thanks for your opinion!

Afraid not.
FSB's have to have obviously separated bands, and the tops of the bands rounded, like the top of a loaf of bread.

That's what I figured. If they were Full Bands, someone would've already cracked them out and sent them in to be regraded. Thanks!
Rest in Peace
