Nice find. Would it be possible to see a full picture of reverse? With coin being flipped reverse would be upside down. So Cud point isn't showing. But its extremely cool find.

I tend to think it's NOT a Cud.
REASONS:
-- it doesn't have the classic Cud shape
-- the rim is still intact, i.e., not incorporated into the 'blob'
BUT:
-- the reverse shows a slight weakness in that area which is a Cud diagnostic

The shape is acceptable. I have seen nickel Cuds angle in at times.
The rim that shows is the protorim from the upsetting machine.
