Any feedback on the quarter I have. I found in a collection of coins from my grandfather who passed away. I didn't think it was a regular error? Any thoughts?

Note the rim near the edge of the coin? If that is disturbed, then it was damaged after it left the mint.
Rest in Peace

More like the way I feel everyday. Kind of rainy like here today. I have to force myself get up, or actually stay up. It's not easy being me.
