Questionable authenticity for me. There are no VAM listings for a C3 reverse with a near date position and all reverse dies were the large S mint mark. http://ec2-13-58-222-16.us-east-2.c...1-S_Reverses
I hope you are in a position to get your money back if this was a purchase...

Surfaces look off. If it's real 63, but I'm not sure it is.....

Obvious luster scuff on the cheek (in fact, that really implies wear),
nevertheless it still deserves some sort of MS grade.

The scuff also affects eye appeal, that is somewhat of a pity.
Without the scuff, MS64, but it has to be downgraded to
MS63.
