Poll Question
Hi, I'm new here and not sure if this is the right place to upload, but I found this 1982 5 cent coin without grooves and it looks off centre. Look at photos for more details.

Originally thought it was a normal coin that had benn worn down but as I said it looks off centre. If this is the wrong place to post please tell me where I should post this.
Thanks.

Unfamiliar with the denomination but that looks like PMD to me. I can't say if it's intentional or not.

Thank you to everyone that helped. I was a bit unsure and thought it was just a normal cojn with wear and tear but thought I would ask anyway. Thankyou.

Should check for rotation tho, I notice that heaps of earlier demical coin seem to have very slight rotation, not sure why, but I'm guessing something to do with the quality control.
