I found this coin loitering in a dealers unsorted bin. I think it's North Indian Greek/Parthian/Scythian but I can find any attribution for it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am currently treating the minor bronze disease. Obv: seated deity, rev: big cay, lion?

Because of the wear and being struck off center I'm not 100% sure, but I believe your coin is Indo Scythian of Azes I/II.

The big cat appears to match the fourth coin down on the Azes II page in coinindia.com:

I can't tell if the other side or the writing matches, perhaps you can tell with the coin in hand.
You can also check if the weight and diameter match.
