Wow, thanks! Yet another coin I had no chance of figuring out. I really need to at least try reading this language or I am fated to just hunting for pattern recognition as if I am just looking at pictures.

Very interesting--I didn't know that the Ottomans had copper coins. Now that @kushanshah has supplied the answer, I do see a resemblance between the rev of this coin and the Akces of this time.
