Not a doubled die, just Machine Doubling. Also, this should be posted in the Classic Error and Variety forum, not Modern Error and Variety Forum.

It is not a doubled die. It is an issue with the striking process. Very common. Here is a doubled die I found years ago:

Regardless of what kind of doubling it is, it is very pronounced. Really stands out. Nice find. Wish I had that in my Mercury dime collection.
