Hello my name is Jen. I am new to the forum. I have a coin collection from when I was a kid. I have been able to identify most everything except one so far.

It's a 1992 D Penny without the copper plating? I saw someone ask in another post if it stuck to a magnet. It does not stick to a magnet. What is it? Thank you!

to CCF. I see hints of copper, bottom of bust eye brow for example. Plated or painted at one time?

To CCF! Most likely a plated Cent. If so, it's Post Strike Damage, PSD, and not an error coin.

Ok, I was thinking the copper was on top. Underneath makes more sense. So worth about 1 cent, correct?
