I can't tell if that is an "S" or not. Anyone?. If it is not, the coin is worthless. If it is an 09-S VDB, then there might be a little value there. Maybe a couple hundred bucks.The damage is significant.

OK with the larger pics there is something there but its not an S it could just be a wear pattern or something ..
I retract my previous post it does not appear to have a mint mark .

Whatever the smudge under the date is, it's not in the right location to match one of the 4 obverse dies.
I'd guess you have a 1909 VDB with solder on the back. Probably worth more to re-attach a back and sell as a pin.

1. The coin is nowhere near an uncirculated coin. It has wear.

2. The coin is either plated or coated with lacquer or something that turned the color way wrong. The texture of the fields is not original either.

3. The solder spots (what I can see of them) renders the coin numismatically valueless.

It's a cull worth a few dollars at most.
