your photos make it difficult to determine surface issues. I agree with the AU53 grade with the possibility of a details designation based on the photos presented as there appears to be a slash right under the B in the headband down to the cheek that looks pretty deep

AU53 cleaned? Hard to tell with the lighting on this photo.

Just got marked recived at NGC. Surfaces were dark and had some nice luster remaining.
