1971 D Lincoln Memorial Cent / LMC Doubled Die Reverse / DDR ..? Has Anyone Seen One Like This?

Is it a keeper or does it go back in the jar? "UNITED" appears to be DD and so is bottom left corner of the building. Also missing "OF" and "E" .. I would love to hear anyone's expertise! Thanks!
