I'm thinking this is a large delamation. It doesn't run over the top of the letter O in ONE. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Wondering that the LMC on the topic of this thread was? Usually I figured it stood for Lincoln Memorial Cent? But with this coin being a Wheat cent I don't know what it means here.
