I agree it would probably grade MS63. It doesn't seem to have much luster in these images.
The 1908 No Motto Saint is one of, if not the, most common date in the series. Basically a bullion coin in MS63 and below.

MS64 is possible on this one I think.

Also 64. These are common up to and including 66.

The PCGS photos show the nice luster this coin has. I'm still at MS-64.
