This is my first ever US gold coin and I couldn't be more happy with it! I picked it up from a coin show today for $1550. It was well within my budget and I think it was a great price for this coin. Although it does have a few nicks on her head and under the eagle, the fields are very clean and have lots of luster!

A bit surprised it got a 64 with those face hits, but I'm no expert. With gold on the move, this could turn out to be a bargain.

excellent coin, seems like a good deal! seems like gold coins get more leeway when being graded due to how soft the alloy is compared to others.

That is a good price. Not that long ago any $20 Lib in MS64 was well over $2000. They peaked close to $3000 in 2010 I think.

Congratulations. Gold coins can become addictive.

If you want to buy beautiful gold very close to spot take a look at modern commemorative issues. You can buy MS 70 NGC or PCGS with mintage under 10,000 for very near the $345 spot today.

You picked a winner for your virgin gold purchase
