
I think I see a very weak "D" underneath the date, but it's hard to be certain from these photos. I'd judge the coin to be in more or less average circulated condition. There's incentive for removing the "D" mint mark to make it appear to be the much more valuable no "D" variety. A coin like this almost has to be certified if it is to attain true market value.
