Good evening I came across this 1997 p quarter I do believe there is a die crack at the bottom that I circled but it seems to also have an extra leaf

The spot up in the leaves appears to be a die chip.

Whether the linear feature through the "O" is a die crack or not would require a sharper image for me to say.
Could be a die scratch.
