Looks like MD to me. Also,FYI...it would be a doubled die not double die.

Yes, @john1 nailed it. You have an example of Machine Doubling. It is particularly evident on the word OF.

Remember, if it is flat, it's MD. If it is rounded with split serifs, it a Doubled Die.
