cant tell myself on what this might be, but I have 4 arrows pointing at my questions. looks like a double chin and the d looks double stamped and the 0 in 1960 also can someone help if needed I may can get another quality scan if needed to determine. thanks glenn

Though possible, doubling on pre 1982 cents that occurs on both the mint mark and other devices is normally not die doubling and more than likely strike or Die Deterioration Doubling. In your example, the picture is too fuzzy for me to determine which one it is.

Looks like Strike Doubling. Or just dirty. Try getting closer photos so we can determine whether it is doubled or not

I will guess Machine Doubling because it all the doubling is in the same south direction.

I agree with Coindexter......looks like typical die bounce doubling.
