Doesn't really have the shape a normal "bar over 7" DDO has. Are you sure it's raised? Looks like it could be an incuse contact mark.

Tanman2001, no I'm not 100% that it is not incused. It's too small and too close to the 7 for the toothpick trick. To me, it looks like a die chip on top of a bar. Thanks for checking it out.
