They look alot like PCGS/NGC type slabs. you can buy the holders from Amazon. I would think everything about it should be suspect unless you put the coin in the holder yourself or paid less than face value for it. They are used a lot in scams. The coin looks like a Singapore KM#314 from the Standard Catalog of World Coins book. so as long as you didn't pay more than a dollar or two for BU uncirculated should be fine.
