The date looks a little odd and there is also obverse doubling. I am just not sure if it is MD or DDO? I am pretty sure it's just MD but double checking. Any thoughts or advice is always greatly appreciated.

A bit of Die Deterioration Doubling, perhaps, but that's all I see.

Also the coin is reprocessed. When they plate them, the imperfections (die wear/die flow/rust) on the metal stands out more.
