Hi I'm new to coin collecting. My name is Yvonne from Pennsylvania. My father collected when I was growing up, til he got sick and passed away in 2004. I now think of all the silver dollars and half dollar coins I sold to him to pay for gas back in the 80s to drive to see my boyfriend, now husband of 32 years, I wish I bought them back from him, since now close to 50 I'm taking a interest. I do have my coin books left and 2 rolls of 1982 uncirculated pennies my grandfather said one day might be worth something. Anyway I'm a mother of 4, oldest of 4 passed away in car accidents last year and I felt this is my new hobby to help with the grieving. I am learning so I may just til I get the knowledge more Be always asking questions. Thanks for having a place like this I feel this will be my best place to come to.
