Found this on a beautiful Franklin I got today. I was wondering what you guys think about the mintmark. I couldn't find anything similar on variety vista. Thanks for everything I appreciate y'all!!

That is called Machine Doubling. The machine damaged those areas after the strike. When MD happens, it is random and will not be listed as it can vary from strike to strike:

Note these examples. All were found in the same OBW roll and were from the same dies and had different Machine Doubling. Machine Doubling reduces the size of the mintmark. Note on your coin the mintmark is reduced, flat and not showing contour. All because of the Machine Doubling.

Even though it appears to be doubled 3-4x?

That's Machine Doubling, not an RPM, sorry. The die bounced twice and reduced the size of the mintmark, causing what you're seeing.

Here is a picture of a normal mintmark next to the mintmark I found today. Both images were taken by me at the same exact magnification. When you say that the mintmark appears shrunken do you mean the very top? I am just confused.

Take away the parts that are flattened away from the main MM. Pretend they don't exist. What is left over is a much smaller MM than a normal one right? Right. Much like a double die, RPMs aren't shelf like (flat) and add additional metal or thickness to the MM. Sometimes it's lower in height in the field than the MM but it will appear rounded and separated from the MM.

Yours is MD. It's flattened and shelf like. There's also evidence of over polishing which confuses things/makes it look different than typical MD. However, MD nevertheless.
