Please forgive my poor coin photography, but can anyone please tell me if this is die doubling (or tripling?) or if it is Strike Doubling or what... thanks.

If it matters, someone posted a very similar coin on another forum a couple years ago...

The more I look at the newer quarters under the microscooe, I have noticed that a great many have Machine Doubling on the lettering around the rim
