Cdncoins Pillar of the Community Canada 999 Posts	Posted 07/26/2019 5:18 pm I was in PA this week for work and decided to take a day to tour around Philadelphia. Of course I had to visit the mint. A co-worker said it would take me 20 min to get through it. I ended up spending almost 1.5 hours including gift shop time haha. I thought it was quite informative and interesting to be able to look down on the floor as the coins were being produced. I didn't realize it was the fourth mint building in Philly. Unfortunately no pictures allowed inside. The gift shop had a lot of overpriced items but I did pick up an uncirculated set of P&D including the W cent. I also bought a roll of quarters for FV. They didn't have rolls of any other circulating denominations. Report this Post to the Staff
